The last few days have been interesting, two orders coming in that are vastly overimproved for their location. I've seen a lot of these but both of these order are in areas that don't normally have homes over 2000SQFT and lot sizes of 10,000 SQFT. These homes were over 4000 SQFT and on 20000 SQFT lot sizes. Both had loan amounts 200,000K higher then they are worth. What are these people thinking?
Don't buy large home in area that doesn't have large homes. You will pay later on.
