IMAGINE THAT!
You bought a new home from a builder in March 07 for $220,000 and now your neighbor just payed 190,000 and he has a pool and every upgrade known to man. That's a 30,000 loss in 3 1/2 months. I bet by December the same houses could be had for 165,000, Maybe furnished, they already have plasma TV's. More to come.
