ARE NEW HOMES SELLING? Hell No
Every sprawl these days seems to be adding an additional city next to it. Thanks to the builders we have these overpriced, massive, and congested vacant eyesores. A few years ago the activity at the new developments was an exclusive affair, the demand was so high the office would only open a few days a week and the buzz of construction was everywhere. Now they open 9-5 everyday but nobody is there. The size of most new homes is a energy efficient 2500+ SQFT, and no privacy due to the tiny lot. NOBODY IS BUYING RIGHT NOW. Sales at builders have been so bad in the last 6 months, less than 3 homes closed is the average. Its that bad. These homes have every imaginable upgrade and pools. BUYERS BEWARE
